I've been working since I was 4 years. Clearly my parents weren't concerned about child labor laws, LOL. As the years went by and I started hiring, firing, and developing my career along with my peers.

Our company began in 2015 in a studio apartment overlooking Central Park in New York City with a simple vision. To assist small and mid-level businesses that did not know how or understand the need to comply with Department of Labor (DOL) requirements. We have expanded from solely working with compliance needs for businesses to DOL training, business safety training, individual safety training, workplace inclusion training, workplace violence training, individual professional development one-on-one coaching, and more.
